1) Company Quality Manual (Most common)
Choose a Quality Manual if you need a company-wide QA/QC program for prequalification, audits, or in-house use.
Next, choose the version that matches your scope:
- Shop fabrication only: best if you fabricate in-house but do not install in the field.
- Shop fabrication + field installation: best if you fabricate and also perform on-site installation/erection.

2) Project Quality Plan (One job)
Best when you need a plan tailored to one specific project for a customer/GC/owner requirement.
Comprehensive plan (most common): best when contract requirements are strict, the job is larger or higher-risk, or your customer expects a detailed submittal. It’s also the best “one plan for everything” option because you can easily trim sections to fit smaller projects.

3) Plan + Manual Package
Best when your customer wants a company program and a project-specific plan (very common).
